A WOMAN’S WORK

Coach House Gallery Wedderburn

Barb Petrie and Jude Raftis

The Coach House is Wedderburn’s Museum and Gallery of art and history, housed in the General Store that dates back to the 1850s. Since the Store closed in the late 1960s, the collection from that time has expanded to include a forge and carriages. It also displays art and craft by people in Loddon and the region, an important community asset, run by volunteers. For Arts Trail, Coach House hosts Wedderburn local artist, Barb Petrie, well known for the colourful vitality of her paintings, as well as for the work she does as an art teacher volunteer. Enjoy Barbara’s latest creations, alongside mosaics by well-known Wedderburn artist Jude Raftis, in the cosy atmosphere of this unique gallery and museum.
