A premiere performance in Hillcrest Farm’s newly renovated big shed, introducing Michael Johnson’s “Pillars of Creation” project, featuring new music for the harp played by Michael, with animated “before the dawn of time” images from the awesome James Webb telescope and explanatory commentary by Museums Victoria’s senior curator of astronomy, Dr Tanya Hill.

The hour-long performance will be followed by a spring ploughman’s-style supper box created for an evening under the stars.

Weather permitting, star-gazing with telescopes hosted by the Bendigo section of the Astronomical Society of Victoria will begin as the sky darkens.
