Eucy Art Show
Eucalyptus Distillery Museum, Inglewood
The Eucalyptus Distillery Museum in Loddon Shire’s Inglewood township is a unique treasure trove of history. When the benefits of the distinctive eucalyptus oil were recognised in the 19th century, a big industry was developed, focusing on the blue mallee eucalyptus of this Central Victorian region.
The Eucy Museum will present, for the first time in 2025, the EUCY ART SHOW, inviting artists to enter works that depict eucalypts, with a Best in Show prize and category awards - including a People’s Choice and a Blue Mallee prize.
This artistic tribute to Australia’s magnificent, versatile, iconic eucalypts is perfectly situated in Loddon’s Eucy Museum, which is run by a dedicated group of volunteers for the benefit of the community and visitors. We thank Bendigo Bank’s Community Bank Inglewood and Districts, along with Loddon Shire, Inglewood and Districts Health Service, Bosisto’s and Inglewood Town Hall Committee for their support.
Winning entries, as announced by Terry Jarvis, with thanks to Murray Baud from Eucy Museum for a wonderful opening event
