Bendigo-Bridgewater-Inglewood
The perfectly relaxed and comfortable way to head to the Loddon Valley for Arts Trail. Browse exhibitions in Bridgewater Hall and the renowned Bridgewater Nursery. There’s time to pop into the famous Bridgewater Bakery for an award-winning vanilla slice before continuing on to Inglewood. The grand Inglewood Town Hall is packed with 5 different exhibitions, and there are popups in Brooke Street, plus shows in the Goods Shed and down the road at the Eucy Distillery Museum. Busy, lots to see and do, but also leisurely, with time to enjoy yourself and take in the sights.
Your bus is a Whitmore’s 24-seater with seatbelts.

10am Depart Bendigo Railway Station
10.40am Arrive Bridgewater
There’s time to get morning tea from the famous Bridgewater Bakery, or from the coffee van. In Bridgewater Nursery (which has a special garden display for Arts Trail) there’s an exhibition called Blooming with imaginative soft sculptures, prints, paintings all inspired by things that grow. A short walk to the splendid Bridgewater Memorial Hall takes you to Drawn to Life, a big display of all kinds of life-drawing.

12.30pm Arrive Inglewood
Inglewood Town Hall and Neighbourhood House are packed with exhibitions and even a demonstration of metalwork jewellery. Exhibitions include the haunting images captured by three Harcourt photographers, “After the Fire”, a reminder of what was lost. You’ll also find photographs, sculptures, paintings and prints throughout the building. For those who love to fossick, the famous Fusspots and Inglewood Emporium are around the corner on Brooke Street, where you’ll also find popup exhibitions at #10, #66 and #83. For those who fancy a stroll: Eucy Distillery Museum, with its historical displays, where all the entries in the Eucy Art Show – paintings inspired by eucalypts – is a 10 minute walk. The restored 19th century Goods Shed where All Kinds of Magic is a joyful, richly decorative exhibition of printmaking – 3 minute walk from the Town Hall

Arrive in Bendigo 4.15pm
